Everyone has one. It affects the way everything else goes. ‘Mindset’ refers to the attitude you choose to take. Granted, you can’t always determine the way you are going to feel or how your thoughts will be. You can, however, influence the way this goes by recognizing when your state of mind is working for or against you. For example, if you feel negative or bad when you wake up. You probably need to do something to change that to feel better. You can start by focusing on some of the things you are grateful for. Write them down and then carry the list you have made with you. When you find yourself focusing on something which lowers your energy (over which you have no control), look at your list. If the intent (to feel better) is sincere, this action will really help. Meditation, of course, is another way to take your consciousness to a higher, more positive level. There are so many other which also work (a long walk, music, exercise). It’s up to you. The main thing, however, is to just shift your focus to a place which makes you feel better. You’ll be happy you did…
