MEDITATION

This week I started meditating again. This, in itself, isn’t so unusual (I have been meditating more than half my life). The part that’s different, is that I stopped doing it for almost a year. Sure, I’d meditate periodically, but not frequently. In the week I’ve been meditating again, however, I’ve already been able to see a difference. I am more relaxed, more positive. I feel like I am connected to a higher, wiser source. I KNOW everything is going to be OK. It has been said that when we pray we ask, and when we meditate we listen. Both are equally valid. I didn’t realize how much I’ve missed not meditating, and how much better I feel, now that I have reconnected with it again.
