One definition of gratitude is ‘thankfulness- a consciousness of benefits received’ It has long been known that thoughts are responsible for creating the conditions one is experiencing. Change your life; change your thoughts. Developing an attitude of sincere gratitude for your current blessings unleashes the power I recently began writing 25 things every morning that I am grateful for. This practice immediately gets me into a different state of mind. Once this happens, I become a magnet of sorts which attracts things (situations, experiences) which reflect this state of appreciation . The routine needn’t be huge, just ongoing. One positive practice might be to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. ‘ The object of this appreciation can be minimal..). One step at a time.. Any habit which is continued for three weeks consistently has the potential to become a regular practice.

(Energy) Through the Law of Attraction , the energy (vibrations) that you resonate and project based on your thoughts, feelings, and emotions determines your “vibrational frequency” which broadcasts that frequency, attracts to it energy or vibrational frequencies that harmonize or resonate with it which determines the events, situations, and circumstances that you attract and eventually see manifest into your life.
