Learning to Leap

I love the saying ‘if you jump, the net will be there’.

Letting go of my need to try to control things is never easy. But I find that banging my head against a brick wall isn’t working too well either. So I need to jump a little more.

A while ago I read an amazing poem ‘Come To The Edge’ by Christopher Logue. To me, it was a light in a dark time:

“Come to the edge. We might fall. Come to the edge. It’s too high! COME TO THE EDGE: And they came, and he pushed, And they flew.

I also like the saying by Martin Luther King Jr. ‘Faith is taking the first step even if you can’t see the staircase’.

I think that any idea, which has the potential to allow one to think outside of the box, can be helpful in terms of letting go and Allowing.

So I keep jumping and so far the net is always there.

I am also starting to learn I can jump much further than I realized.
