Improvement

Well-I am working on so many things, that it’s gratifying to see results begin manifesting. I have begun doing mind exercises (to increase my memory), I have started eating better, I have returned to a better, more regimented exercise program, I have begun the orientation process of volunteering for hospice (as a tribute to my brother). The results in every situation have been rewarding. My memory has increased measurably, I am feeling better, I have more energy, and I am finding greater purpose in my life. None of this would have occurred without a situation which required that I change some conditions. So in some ways this adversity has been somewhat of a gift, for without it I would never had felt the need to do things differently
