Listening to ones Inner self is probably one of the most helpful forms of guidance you can utilize. However this may not always be easy to do. There are times you might find yourself worrying about something (even though you’ve already done everything you can to resolve it). These are the times when letting go and leaving everything up to a higher source allows you to shift your focus to a more positive state. A teacher I had once said that there are two ways to stop worrying. (1) Just let it go (and focus on something different) Or (2) keep dwelling on it until there it no longer has has a charge or any emotional residue left.
